The Partnership is committed to sharing its progress, learnings, and outcomes openly as an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
The governing board and staff will develop specific agreed-upon impact objectives that will be designed with input from all the stakeholders. The Partnership will monitor and measure progress against these objectives and issue reports on its progress to the state and general public on a semi-annual basis. The reports, as well as other information, will be posted here.
On April 5, 2019, Ray and Barbara Dalio of Dalio Philanthropies joined Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont, First Lady Annie Lamont, leaders in the General Assembly, students, and other stakeholders to announce the launch of the Partnership and its aspirational vision.
